About the Role

Klarkode is hiring a Senior Webflow Developer to lead no-code innovation and turn ambitious digital ideas into fully-functional products. In this position, you'll architect client solutions using Webflow alongside complementary platforms, provide strategic consulting to maximize product value, and contribute to building internal tools from concept to launch. This is a hybrid role in Ohio with a base in Hamburg, ideal for an experienced no-code developer who thrives in a fast-shipping environment and wants to grow an impressive portfolio of diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital products using Webflow, bubble.io, Integromat, and related no-code platforms
• Consult with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand business goals and maximize product value delivery
• Build and optimize internal tools from ideation through market entry
• Contribute to a fast-shipping development process that serves both startups and enterprise clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and user experience quality

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow with proven experience delivering client projects
• Strong experience with no-code and low-code platforms such as bubble.io and Integromat
• Demonstrated ability to consult with clients and translate business requirements into digital solutions
• Portfolio showcasing diverse Webflow projects and digital product work
• Ability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate effectively in a remote-friendly European team

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal tools or products from concept to market launch
• Background working with both startups and corporate clients
• Additional no-code platform expertise (CMS, automation, or database tools)
