Responsibilities

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages
• Optimize CMS content and site performance for speed and efficiency
• Implement analytics tracking and measurement strategies
• Drive technical SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
• Build engaging animations using GSAP, Three.js, and motion assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-converting digital experiences

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Webflow site building and CMS optimization
• Hands-on experience with animation libraries (GSAP, Three.js) and motion design
• Solid understanding of technical SEO, performance optimization, and conversion rate optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively across design, marketing, and technical teams
