In this role, you'll transform Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow sites while optimizing performance, implementing analytics, and building engaging animations. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Webflow developer who excels at technical SEO, conversion rate optimization, and bringing designs to life with modern animation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive Webflow pages
• Optimize CMS content and site performance for speed and user experience
• Implement analytics and tracking solutions across Webflow projects
• Drive technical SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives
• Build engaging animations and interactive elements using GSAP, Three.js, and motion assets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-converting digital experiences

Requirements

• Proven expertise as a Senior Webflow Developer with a strong portfolio
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with animation libraries such as GSAP and Three.js
• Demonstrated knowledge of technical SEO and conversion rate optimization
• Strong ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams
• Experience translating design files (Figma) into responsive web implementations
