About the Role

N4 Studio is seeking a Senior Webflow Digital Producer to join their fast-scaling Client Success function as a strategic partner to their growing portfolio of retainer clients. This is not a project coordination role—you'll own the client relationship at a strategic level, understanding their goals, spotting growth opportunities, and ensuring the work delivered moves their business forward. As a remote position, you'll support the North American client base (ET, CT, or PT time zones) while collaborating across the global team. This role offers a genuine seat at the table to shape how N4 Studio's Client Success function operates and grows.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of retainer clients as their primary strategic contact and relationship partner at N4 Studio
• Lead roadmapping, prioritization, and performance reviews across your accounts, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals
• Translate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for design, development, and content teams using your Webflow expertise
• Scope, brief, and manage work being delivered across the Webflow platform, making smaller content, CMS, and site updates directly in Webflow when appropriate
• Proactively identify and drive account expansion opportunities, including Webflow's Optimise and Analyse products, presenting them as natural recommendations
• Manage retainer budgets month by month, scoping work accurately and identifying scope or budget risks early
• Run regular governance calls and produce reporting that clients find genuinely valuable
• Contribute to improving how the Client Success function operates, including how N4 Studio scopes, briefs, and tracks delivery
• Stay current on digital marketing trends, particularly in SEO/AEO and web performance, to bring informed perspective to client conversations

Requirements

• 5+ years in a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a senior Digital Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Producer role
• Proven track record managing retainer accounts with the ability to grow and deepen client relationships over time
• Strong technical credibility in conversations about web platforms, CMS, performance, SEO/AEO, and digital marketing strategy
• Strong Webflow knowledge with a solid understanding of how Webflow websites are structured, delivered, and managed
• Hands-on ability to navigate Webflow builds and make smaller updates independently
• Excellent communication skills and natural relationship-building ability across client and internal stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously with a calm, structured approach when priorities shift
• Proficiency with Webflow, Figma, Slack, and project management platforms
• Comfortable working across multiple time zones and collaborating globally with remote teammates and clients
• Full professional English proficiency; resume must be submitted in English
• Based in ET, CT, or PT time zone to support the North American client base

• Commercially sharp instinct for spotting upsell and expansion opportunities and presenting them naturally to clients
• Familiarity with Webflow's Optimise and Analyse products
