About the Role

Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Professional Services team in a remote capacity. In this role, you'll be the go-to Subject Matter Expert for advanced Smartsheet functionality, working directly with customers and partners to transform business requirements into powerful, scalable solutions. This is an ideal opportunity for a passionate technologist who loves working with leading-edge platforms, understanding customer needs deeply, and architecting solutions that drive real business impact across diverse industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer conversations and discovery sessions to understand business requirements and translate them into Smartsheet-based solutions
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for advanced Smartsheet functionalities, APIs, and third-party integrations
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions leveraging Smartsheet and related technologies
• Propose innovative solutions tailored to use cases across different industries and business groups
• Work collaboratively with customers and internal teams to ensure solution quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Document solutions and best practices to support customer success and internal knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in Smartsheet platform functionality and capabilities
• Strong understanding of Smartsheet APIs and integration technologies
• Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to both business and technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach to solution design and implementation
• Ability to work independently and lead impactful customer conversations
