About the Role

Join Elevate as a UX/UI Designer II and lead the design and optimization of digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and customer-facing assets in Fort Worth, TX. This individual contributor role offers the opportunity to independently manage design projects from concept through delivery while collaborating with senior designers, marketing, product, and development teams. You'll work in a fast-paced, regulated environment where strong visual design skills, UX best practices, and attention to detail directly impact customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines creative excellence with the technical knowledge to bring designs to life using Figma and Webflow.

Responsibilities

• Design websites, landing pages, and digital experiences using Figma while adhering to design systems, brand standards, and accessibility requirements.
• Independently manage assigned UX/UI projects from requirements gathering through delivery, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Review customer feedback, analytics, heatmaps, and usability findings to identify and implement user experience improvements.
• Build and maintain website pages in Webflow, including page creation, content updates, publishing, QA, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support CRO and A/B testing initiatives through design execution and test implementation.
• Partner with developers and teams to ensure successful implementation of approved designs and conduct QA reviews across devices and browsers.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders and translate research insights into actionable design enhancements.
• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems, documentation, and UX best practices.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design, Web Design, Digital Product Design, or related fields.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; understanding of responsive design principles.
• Working knowledge of ADA and accessibility standards for digital experiences.
• Strong visual design, typography, and information architecture skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience designing responsive digital experiences for web and mobile environments.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience using Webflow for website management and publishing.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting optimization testing, usability improvements, or conversion-focused digital initiatives.
• Experience working in regulated industries, fintech, financial services, or ecommerce environments.
