About the Role

We're looking for a UX/UI Designer II with Webflow and conversion rate optimization (CRO) expertise to join Elevate's design team in Addison, TX. In this individual contributor role, you'll own design projects from concept through delivery, collaborating with our Senior UX/UI Designer to shape digital experiences that align with brand standards and business objectives. Responsibilities

• Design and deliver digital experiences across websites, landing pages, and customer-facing assets using Webflow
• Execute UX/UI design projects from concept to completion, maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and business goals
• Apply CRO best practices to optimize conversion funnels and improve user engagement
• Partner with the Senior UX/UI Designer on design strategy and execution
• Ensure design quality, usability, and attention to detail across all deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a regulated fintech environment

Requirements
