About the Role

We're seeking a talented Web Designer (Webflow + Figma) to join our remote team and transform strategic ideas into visually compelling, high-converting digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer who understands that effective design balances visual creativity with business outcomes, and who can lead the full website design process from concept through Webflow implementation. You'll work on responsive websites, marketing assets, and scalable design systems while collaborating with account managers and project leads across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

• Create responsive, visually engaging websites using Webflow, managing the entire process from wireframes and Figma mockups to final builds
• Develop intuitive UI/UX layouts that guide users through clear navigation and encourage conversions through thoughtful hierarchy, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness
• Design and produce digital marketing assets including display ads, email newsletter layouts, social media graphics, and campaign visuals while maintaining brand consistency
• Build optimized landing pages for paid advertising campaigns with conversion-focused elements such as effective CTAs, trust signals, and structured content layouts
• Collaborate with account managers and project leads to understand goals, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives, presenting design concepts and refining work based on feedback
• Develop and maintain reusable design systems in Figma and Webflow including component libraries, typography scales, color systems, spacing frameworks, and brand guidelines
• Stay informed on design trends, Webflow platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously elevate project outcomes

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional web design experience with a strong portfolio of Webflow projects
• Ability to design and build responsive websites from scratch using Webflow native tools
• Strong experience with Webflow CMS, interactions, animations, and responsive design structures
• Advanced proficiency in Figma including wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity designs
• Demonstrated experience creating scalable UX design systems such as component libraries and brand frameworks
• Strong understanding of visual design principles including typography, color theory, layout grids, spacing, and hierarchy
• Experience designing digital marketing assets including ads, email templates, and social graphics
• Familiarity with Client-First or Relume class naming conventions in Webflow builds
• Strong written English communication skills
• Portfolio showcasing 3–5 Webflow projects, including at least one scalable design system example

Nice to Have

• Experience working with agencies or freelance clients across multiple projects
• Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals sufficient to troubleshoot layout issues in Webflow
• Experience with Webflow animations or motion design elements
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing concepts
• Experience designing for Home Services or Healthcare industries
