About the Role

As a Web Developer at Byte&Kite, you'll build and maintain high-performance marketing websites and landing pages that are fast, responsive, accessible, and aligned with business and conversion goals. You'll work closely with web designers, strategists, SEO specialists, marketers, and clients to turn approved Figma designs into exceptional digital experiences. This role combines front-end web development, CMS implementation, website performance optimization, analytics, conversion tracking, troubleshooting, and ongoing website maintenance. Responsibilities

• Build and maintain responsive websites and landing pages from approved Figma designs with pixel-perfect accuracy and functionality
• Develop reusable web components and ensure consistent implementation across pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Implement SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking requirements alongside marketing specialists and SEO experts
• Integrate analytics and conversion tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4) into client websites
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility to ensure excellent user experiences
• Troubleshoot and independently resolve technical issues across client websites with minimal downtime
• Maintain and update existing websites while minimizing disruption to live experiences
• Review implemented designs with the design team and address visual or functional issues before launch
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, SEO specialists, strategists, and clients to deliver websites meeting visual and functional requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional web development experience
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills with ability to write clean, production-ready code
• Proven experience building responsive, production-ready websites
• Experience working with modern CMS platforms and website builders
• Ability to translate Figma designs into accurate, functional web pages
• Understanding of web performance optimization and accessibility best practices
• Understanding of basic technical SEO principles
• Experience integrating analytics and conversion tracking tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot website issues independently
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, marketers, and SEO specialists

Nice to Have

• Webflow experience and expertise
• WordPress development experience
• Familiarity with React or another modern JavaScript framework
• Basic PHP knowledge
• Experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Experience building B2B or SaaS marketing websites
