About the Role

DataAnnotation is seeking a Web Developer/Designer in Florida to help train next-generation AI models in design and visual understanding. In this unique remote position, you'll evaluate and enhance how AI systems comprehend design principles, user interfaces, and creative aesthetics. Responsibilities

• Review and critique AI-generated UI/UX designs, mockups, and visual outputs
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI model-produced design work and performance
• Provide detailed feedback to help train AI models to better understand aesthetic quality and user-centered design principles
• Assess how AI systems understand visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Contribute to design-specific projects focused on UI/UX critique, product visuals, and creative deliverable evaluation

Requirements

• Fluency in English at native or bilingual level
• Background in UI/UX design, web design, product design, or graphic design
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, interaction design, and user flow
• Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice
• Located in the United States (only applicants in the US will be considered)
• Ability to work as an independent contractor with flexible scheduling

• Current, in-progress, or completed Bachelor's degree
