About the Role

RIGID is hiring a full-time Web Developer to redesign, develop, and maintain their corporate website (www.rigidconstructors.com). This is an exciting opportunity to own a business-critical platform that directly supports marketing, sales, and brand visibility. You'll combine technical expertise with strategic thinking to modernize the site, improve performance, and drive lead generation. This role is perfect for a mid-to-senior level Webflow or full-stack developer who understands how websites fuel business growth and wants long-term ownership of a marketing platform. The position is based in the Greater New Orleans Region.

Responsibilities

• Redesign and redevelop the company website with a modern, professional UI/UX
• Build responsive, mobile-friendly layouts optimized for all devices
• Optimize website performance, speed, and security
• Implement SEO and accessibility best practices
• Develop and maintain lead capture forms, CTAs, and analytics tracking
• Integrate marketing and CRM tools as needed
• Maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Manage ongoing website updates and improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Web Developer
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with CMS platforms or frameworks (WordPress, Webflow, React, etc.)
• Experience building marketing or corporate websites
• Knowledge of SEO, performance optimization, and responsive design
• Ability to manage projects independently

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B or construction/industrial websites
• Familiarity with CRO, analytics, and branding
• Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools
