About the Role

EliseAI is seeking a Web Developer (Webflow) to join the growth team in New York, NY in a hybrid role (4 days in office). You'll live at the intersection of design, product, and engineering, serving as a key driver of the company's digital presence. Partnering with Product Marketing, Design, and Leadership, you'll build and maintain a high-performance, accessible, and scalable web ecosystem while translating strategic vision into compelling digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and maintain sophisticated web pages in Webflow, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and pixel-perfect across all devices
• Partner with the Design team to translate Figma prototypes into functional builds and work with Growth Product to implement growth strategies and conversion-focused landing pages
• Manage and optimize Webflow CMS architecture, ensuring data is organized, scalable, and easy for non-technical teammates to update autonomously
• Conduct rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and accessibility (WCAG compliance) before every production push
• Support the Senior Web Developer in implementing custom code solutions (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to extend Webflow's native capabilities and integrate third-party tools (GA, Hubspot, etc.)
• Maintain clear documentation of styles, components, and workflows to ensure the marketing site remains a single source of truth
• Build and maintain user-friendly CMS environments that empower non-technical stakeholders in Marketing, Content, and Sales to update site content without breaking global styles or layouts

Requirements

• 2+ years of advanced Webflow development with proven experience building complex, responsive, pixel-perfect web pages using Box Model, Flexbox, Grid, and Webflow's Interactions engine
• Demonstrated expertise in CMS architecture and scalability, with experience building Webflow CMS environments that empower non-technical stakeholders to update content autonomously
• Professional experience writing clean, semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow's native capabilities and integrate third-party tools
• Track record of partnering with Design teams to translate high-fidelity Figma prototypes into functional builds in fast-paced environments
• Experience conducting rigorous testing for browser compatibility, load speeds, and WCAG accessibility compliance before pushing updates to production
• Willingness to work in person at the New York office 4-5 days per week
