Web Manager
Job Description
About the Company
cardiofit.ai is merging cutting-edge artificial intelligence with cardiovascular fitness and health monitoring. The company provides users with real-time, data-driven insights to optimize their heart health and athletic performance. cardiofit.ai is looking for a Web Manager who can bridge the gap between their tech, marketing goals, and users, ensuring their web presence is fast, secure, intuitive, and highly converting.
About the Role
As the Web Manager at cardiofit.ai, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the company's public-facing website, landing pages, and web-based user portals. This is a hands-on, part-time position in the United States requiring a blend of technical web administration, front-end development knowledge, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You'll collaborate closely with product developers, data scientists, UX designers, and the marketing team to ensure cardiofit.ai has a flawless, high-performing digital storefront. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5+ years of experience managing websites in B2C SaaS, health-tech, or fitness tech who can work independently and solve complex web issues quickly.
Responsibilities
- Manage domain registration, hosting environments, and SSL certificates while implementing rigorous security measures to protect user data and comply with relevant healthcare and privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR, HIPAA-adjacent workflows)
- Continuously monitor and improve page load speeds, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness across all web properties
- Serve as the first line of defense for web bugs, broken links, plugin/API conflicts, and other technical issues, resolving them quickly to avoid downtime
- Manage the website CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar) and ensure all core software, themes, and plugins are secure and updated
- Build and deploy high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns, product launches, and lead-generation initiatives
- Write and clean up HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to make custom layout tweaks without pulling in the core product engineering team
- Implement on-page SEO best practices, manage sitemaps, and structure URLs to maximize organic visibility
- Maintain tracking pixels and analytics tags (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) to accurately capture user behavior and marketing attribution
- Run A/B testing experiments on layout, copy, and CTAs to improve sign-ups for the cardiofit.ai platform
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing high-traffic websites, preferably in B2C SaaS, health-tech, or fitness tech spaces
- High proficiency with modern CMS platforms (Webflow, WordPress, etc.), HTML5, CSS3, and a solid understanding of JavaScript
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz)
- Proven ability to independently diagnose and fix complex web issues under tight timelines
- Deep attention to detail—you notice broken pixels, typos, and ensure seamless user journeys
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup environment or an AI-focused tech company
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
- Basic understanding of health and fitness data privacy standards
Benefits & Perks
- Competitive salary and equity packages
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
- Flexible remote work environment
- Opportunity to shape the future of AI-driven cardiovascular health
