About the Role

Join Konica Minolta's Marketing team as a Web Production Specialist, where you'll design, develop, and optimize web properties that elevate the company brand and deliver exceptional digital experiences. This full-time hybrid role (Monday–Thursday in office in Ramsey, NJ; Fridays remote) is perfect for a strategic, detail-oriented professional who combines UX expertise with web production excellence. You'll lead cross-functional projects, manage web properties through a CMS, and transform business requirements into intuitive, conversion-focused designs that showcase Konica Minolta's broad portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed wireframes, task-flows, prototypes, mockups, and user journeys to illustrate site functionality and page appearance
• Conduct user testing and qualitative sessions to iterate designs and improve engagement, usability, and user affinity
• Lead web production projects from start to finish, managing stakeholders across IT, Creative, Copywriting, and other departments using strong design methodology
• Author web pages using Content Management System (CMS) templates and modules while adhering to brand guidelines and UX best practices
• Assess and document process and workflow improvements on an ongoing basis to enhance efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and transform them into intuitive design recommendations aligned with product and service offerings
• Analyze data results from design changes and new content to ensure goals are met, then refine designs as needed
• Stay current on emerging industry trends to provide insights on visual design, usability, website functionality, and conversion rate optimization
• Ensure compliance with all corporate and global policies and directives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in user experience (UX) design and web applications
• 5+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience with Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Proficiency in web design tools such as Webflow, Figma, XD, Axure, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of web management best practices including UCD methodologies, search engine optimization (SEO), responsive design, and accessibility standards
• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, SEMRush, or Hotjar
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems
• Self-motivated, technical mindset with a focus on deliverables and execution
• Knowledge of visual storytelling techniques

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, HTML5, and JavaScript
