About the Role

Creative Quo is hiring a Web & SEO Specialist to join their growing team in Millersburg, Ohio. In this full-time, in-office role, you'll execute digital strategies and lead SEO campaigns for clients, working with WordPress to design and optimize websites for search and user experience. If you're skilled, curious, and ready to deliver great work while growing into a leadership position, this is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on client success.

Responsibilities

• Execute web design and SEO strategies in partnership with the Marketing Strategist
• Develop focused, service-specific digital strategies for individual service clients
• Design, build, and update client websites in WordPress as a front-end developer and designer, ensuring they are user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and SEO-ready
• Manage and optimize SEO campaigns with a clear focus on ROI
• Track, analyze, and interpret site and campaign performance data, and adjust strategies for continuous improvement
• Stay current on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to internal team members and clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints

Requirements

• 1-2 years of WordPress web design and front-end development experience with a portfolio to share
• 1-2 years of SEO strategy and execution experience with demonstrated results
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Collaborative, team-first mindset with a hunger to learn and commitment to excellence
• Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-changing digital landscape
• Ability to translate data and strategy into clear, compelling stories clients understand
• Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
