About the Role

As a Webflow Design Sr. Specialist in Atlanta, GA, you'll lead technical functions and operational excellence within the design team while mentoring junior designers and ensuring exceptional client experiences. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Design Team leadership to suggest improvements, address client requests, and differentiate between feature requests and bugs
• Mentor junior Design Team members, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards
• Provide exceptional support to clients throughout the Design Pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate project completion
• Develop expertise in Webflow, WordPress, Figma, and other design tools to support team members and complete client updates and changes
• Allocate and manage client email requests and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and quality service
• Refine processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with Design Team leadership
• Become proficient in SEO to assist with writing, implementing, and answering client questions about custom website optimization
• Support other Design Team roles as needed to provide coverage and maintain project momentum
• Foster critical relationships across departments to ensure seamless transitions and strong account management

Requirements

• Advanced Webflow expertise with comprehensive knowledge of CMS platforms and their capabilities and limitations
• Strong proficiency in CSS, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and design tools
• Proven ability to think critically, solve complex design problems creatively, and implement effective solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams
• Strong project management abilities with experience prioritizing multiple projects, meeting tight deadlines, and maintaining quality
• Client-centric mindset with a commitment to understanding and exceeding client expectations through exceptional design and responsive support
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring team members and fostering an environment of growth and motivation
