About the Role

MESH is looking for a talented Webflow Designer to join their team and bring polished Figma prototypes to life. In this design-focused position, you'll collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams throughout the entire project lifecycle—from concept through launch—ensuring every website is pixel-perfect and fully responsive. If you're passionate about typography, micro-interactions, and staying current with Webflow's latest capabilities, this role offers the opportunity to work on impactful brand websites that make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Convert high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, fully functional Webflow websites
• Build responsive layouts that perform seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes
• Design and implement custom interactions and animations within Webflow
• Manage and structure Webflow CMS for scalable, maintainable websites
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams from project kickoff through launch
• Ensure typography and visual hierarchy meet design specifications and brand standards
• Occasionally assist with production graphics and design assets as needed
• Stay current with design trends and evolving Webflow features and best practices

Requirements

• Proven expertise in Webflow design and development
• Strong proficiency with Figma and design prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of responsive design principles and CSS fundamentals
• Demonstrated ability to execute pixel-perfect designs with meticulous attention to detail
• Experience building and managing Webflow CMS implementations
