About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Webflow Developer to join our development team in New York. You'll transform design files into pixel-perfect, functional websites while collaborating with a supportive team that values continuous learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Implement websites in Webflow by transforming Figma designs into fully functional, production-ready sites
• Develop engaging, interactive websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with the development team to improve skills, share knowledge, and maintain implementation quality standards
• Work closely with the design team to ensure seamless translation of design intent into code
• Manage your workload independently on complex projects while knowing when to seek guidance
• Write clean, detail-oriented code with a critical eye for design accuracy and performance
• Stay current with new web technologies and trends to enhance project delivery

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Webflow as a development tool
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Proven experience with GSAP animations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify design implementation mistakes
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly and seeking help when needed
• Comfortable with ambiguity and view it as an opportunity for growth
• Passion for web development and eagerness to learn emerging technologies

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of WebGL and Three.js
• Experience with other advanced web technologies
