We're seeking a talented Webflow Developer to join our development team in Indianapolis. Responsibilities

• Implement websites in Webflow by transforming Figma designs into functional, attractive websites
• Develop engaging, performant websites with clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Collaborate with the development team to improve your technical skills and share best practices
• Work closely with the design team to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation
• Manage your workload independently while knowing when to seek help from team members
• Pay meticulous attention to detail and maintain high implementation standards across all projects

Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on experience with Webflow as a development tool
• Deep expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Professional experience with GSAP animation library
• Proven ability to work independently on complex projects while communicating clearly and timely
• Strong attention to detail and a critical eye for design implementation
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and adapt to unique project requirements
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying current with web development trends

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of WebGL and Three.js for advanced interactive experiences
• Experience with other cutting-edge web technologies
