About the Role

VirtualVocations is seeking a full-time Webflow Developer to own day-to-day website operations and manage responsive page builds across multiple brand sites. In this remote position, you'll work closely with the Senior AI & Website Manager to build polished, accessible websites while handling CMS structures, front-end improvements, and content publishing. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled Webflow developer who thrives independently while maintaining high quality standards and collaborating with a thoughtful team.

Responsibilities

• Build and update responsive pages in Webflow, adhering to established standards and brand guidelines
• Translate Figma designs into Webflow layouts and troubleshoot issues across various devices
• Create and maintain CMS collections and manage content publishing, including SEO and internal linking
• Manage routine website updates and troubleshooting independently while following QA controls
• Collaborate with the Senior AI & Website Manager on website strategy and optimization

Requirements

• Two or more years of hands-on Webflow production experience or equivalent proficiency
• A portfolio showcasing polished, responsive Webflow sites beyond basic page assembly
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for troubleshooting and enhancements
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and web performance fundamentals
• Ability to work independently while following established QA controls and brand standards
