About the Role

Join Wow House as an experienced Webflow Developer in Chicago and help us maintain our momentum through 2026. This is an ideal opportunity for a skilled developer who loves building pixel-perfect, responsive websites and can handle everything from API integrations to client collaboration. You'll work on portfolio-worthy projects that push creative and technical boundaries, collaborating with a talented team of five and directly with clients who genuinely care about quality and craft.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom, high-performing websites using Webflow that reflect client brands while maintaining exceptional quality standards, working from both original designs and Figma mockups
• Integrate APIs and connect Webflow sites to client databases and third-party services, leveraging Webflow as a powerful front-end interface
• Create pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive experiences with an intuitive sense for how designs adapt across devices, even without mobile mockups
• Handle post-launch maintenance, updates, improvements, and optimization to ensure ongoing site performance
• Participate in client calls, communicate clearly with clients and internal teams, and make strategic recommendations on design, UX, and conversion optimization

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Webflow development experience
• Proven experience integrating APIs and connecting to external databases
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles with ability to implement them without mockups
• Portfolio showcasing Webflow projects that demonstrate technical excellence
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Framer development experience
• Experience with GSAP animations
• Familiarity with Webflow frameworks such as Lumos or Client-First
• Knowledge of SEO best practices
• Experience with tool integrations like Zapier
• Background in UX/UI design
• Digital marketing knowledge including Google Analytics and conversion optimization
