About the Role

As a Webflow & SEO Specialist, you'll maintain and optimize the law firm's website while improving search visibility through both traditional SEO and cutting-edge AI-driven search strategies. This part-time, fully remote role is ideal for an entry-level professional (0-2 years experience) who is passionate about Webflow development, technical SEO, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) trends. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with a global marketing team, directly impacting the firm's digital growth and online presence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the firm's Webflow website, including landing pages, site structure, and technical fixes
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, schema markup, and structured data implementation
• Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by structuring content for AI-driven search with clear hierarchy, semantic relevance, and extractable answers
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and other analytics tools to track search visibility and user engagement
• Conduct regular site audits to identify technical, structural, and content-related SEO opportunities and recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align website content with campaign goals and search intent
• Stay current with SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and evolving AI search trends

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Webflow, including site structure, CMS, and responsive design
• Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals, including technical and on-page optimization
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) or experience structuring content for AI-driven search
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, or SEMrush
• Familiarity with schema markup and structured data implementation
• Understanding of content hierarchy, semantic structuring, and search intent
• Ability to analyze data, translate insights into actionable improvements, manage multiple tasks independently, and work effectively in a remote environment
