About the Role
Haven Financial Services is seeking a Conversion Funnel & Landing Page Specialist to design and build high-converting landing pages and sales funnels that turn prospects into booked clients. This is a part-time role based in California, perfect for a CRO specialist who thinks in systems and obsesses over conversion metrics. You'll work with Webflow or similar platforms to audit, redesign, and optimize their entire conversion journey—from landing page clarity to automated onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Audit the existing website to identify clarity gaps and conversion bottlenecks
- Rewrite and refine messaging to communicate accounting services with simplicity and impact
- Design and build high-converting landing pages using Webflow, WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms
- Map and implement a complete conversion funnel (lead capture → booking → onboarding)
- Recommend and implement automation tools (CRM, forms, scheduling, integrations) to streamline the sales process
- Reduce friction in the user journey and optimize for qualified lead conversion
Requirements
- Proven experience building high-converting landing pages (Webflow, WordPress, ClickFunnels, or similar)
- Direct experience designing and implementing lead funnels and conversion workflows
- Familiarity with automation and funnel tools (HubSpot, Zapier, GoHighLevel, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of user behavior, UX principles, and conversion optimization
- Portfolio with 2+ landing pages or funnels you've personally built and optimized
- Ability to identify inefficiencies, prioritize execution, and deliver results over discussion
Nice to Have
- Experience in the accounting, financial services, or B2B service industry
- Knowledge of automated onboarding systems
