About the Role
We're looking for a CRO & Webflow Optimization Lead to join our Web UX team in Philadelphia and own our entire web experimentation lifecycle. In this role, you'll manage behavioral research, hypothesis testing, and full pipeline execution while ensuring rigorous tracking and documentation. This is an ideal position for a conversion rate optimization specialist who combines data-driven thinking with hands-on Webflow expertise and wants to directly impact our digital performance.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete web experimentation lifecycle, from ideation through analysis and implementation
- Conduct behavioral research and develop data-backed hypotheses for website optimization
- Execute A/B testing campaigns using Webflow Optimize and similar testing tools
- Implement and maintain rigorous tracking protocols and documentation standards
- Analyze results using GA4 and Full Story to identify performance insights and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute CRO initiatives
- Monitor and report on key conversion metrics and web performance KPIs
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in CRO, conversion rate optimization, or web analytics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing in Webflow Optimize or similar testing platforms
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and session replay tools like Full Story
- Demonstrated ability to manage full experimentation pipelines with attention to detail and documentation
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
