As a PE-backed SaaS company with $30M+ ARR, Meal Ticket is scaling a high-performing marketing engine to drive demand across the foodservice technology sector.

About the Role

Meal Ticket is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own the full demand generation engine—from paid media and SEO/AI search optimization (AEO/GEO) to website conversion rate optimization (CRO) and marketing automation infrastructure. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role with real KPI accountability (cpMQL, ROAS, pipeline-to-spend, site CVR) and the autonomy to move the needle. You'll work across multiple channels using Webflow for landing page optimization, managing everything from Google Ads and LinkedIn to emerging AI search platforms, with clear visibility into how your work drives qualified pipeline and revenue. Ideal candidates are analytically rigorous B2B SaaS marketers with a bias for action, AI fluency, and the independence to test, iterate, and scale in a lean team environment. This is a fully remote position based in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize the full paid media program across Google, Microsoft, ChatGPT, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, DSPs, and review sites (Capterra, Trustpilot, G2), scaling proven channels and testing new formats (AI Max, PMax, CTV/OTT) to diversify acquisition and reduce channel risk.
  • Lead organic and AI search strategy, including technical SEO (indexation, schema, page speed), on-page optimization, content strategy, and AEO/GEO execution across AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity using LLM.txt and topical authority clusters.
  • Own site conversion optimization with a mandate to push CVR toward 3%+, building and testing landing pages, CTAs, and form flows in Webflow using GA4, heatmaps, and session data.
  • Run HubSpot infrastructure including lead scoring, email nurture workflows, lifecycle management, UTM/attribution setup, and Salesforce integration to ensure clean data and tight feedback loops with Sales and RevOps.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, and Looker Studio, translating data into actionable insights that inform strategy and budget allocation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Sales, and RevOps to align campaigns with GTM motions, promotions, pipeline targets, and ABM initiatives.
  • Execute rigorous A/B testing across creative, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies, measuring performance against cpMQL, cpOpp, ROAS, and pipeline-to-spend metrics.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of B2B SaaS digital marketing experience with measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Deep proficiency in Google Ads (Search, PMax, AI Max), Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and DSPs with hands-on campaign management and optimization skills.
  • Hands-on SEO/AEO experience including technical audits, keyword strategy, and AI search optimization; proficiency with tools like Semrush and Ahrefs required.
  • Expert-level HubSpot knowledge (lead scoring, workflows, attribution) and Salesforce CRM familiarity; strong GA4 and Looker Studio skills with ability to build data-driven dashboards.
  • Webflow or equivalent CMS experience for landing page design and CRO—you can independently build and launch pages without filing a ticket.
  • Analytical rigor combined with creative instinct; ability to dissect funnel reports, run A/B tests, and write compelling ad copy with equal confidence.
  • Ownership mentality, fast decision-making bias toward action, intellectual curiosity about AI and emerging digital formats, and a strong sales-aligned mindset.

  • ABM platform experience (Demandbase, 6sense, RollWorks).
  • International or UK market exposure.
