About the Role

Yield Solutions Group is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager — Web Technologies, CRO & Site Development for their Denver, CO office. This is a full-time, mid-senior level position reporting to the CMO. You'll own the complete conversion rate optimization program, sitting at the intersection of marketing strategy and web technology. Unlike traditional marketing roles, you'll drive measurable business impact through analytics-driven testing, Webflow page optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and design teams. The ideal candidate combines data rigor with hands-on web development skills—you'll be equally comfortable running A/B tests and troubleshooting HTML/CSS with developers.

Responsibilities

• Own the conversion rate optimization (CRO) program end-to-end: build testing roadmaps, prioritize opportunities, and run A/B and multivariate tests across all digital properties
• Analyze user behavior using GA4, VWO, heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel reports to identify friction points and optimization opportunities
• Build, edit, and optimize landing pages and web pages using Webflow and other CMS/page-builder tools, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Partner with engineering and design teams to scope, spec, and QA website changes and experiments
• Monitor site performance metrics including page speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile experience; advocate for technical fixes that impact conversion
• Manage tagging, attribution, and tracking implementation using Google Tag Manager and pixel/event tracking to ensure clean, trustworthy data
• Translate test results and analytics into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
• Collaborate with SEO, paid media, and content teams to align page experience with broader acquisition strategies

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or web optimization roles with a proven track record of running CRO programs that delivered measurable lift in conversion metrics
• Strong understanding of CRO methodology: hypothesis formation, statistical significance, and test design
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms, specifically VWO (required)
• Working proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript—enough to build and edit pages independently and troubleshoot with developers
• Proven experience with CMS/page-builder platforms, specifically Webflow (required)
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and heatmap/session-recording tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, etc.)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets and SQL to validate results
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present data-driven recommendations to non-technical stakeholders
• Project management skills to run multiple concurrent experiments and web projects
• Cross-functional collaboration experience working directly with engineering, design, and analytics teams

• Familiarity with Optimizely or other advanced A/B testing platforms
• Experience with WordPress or HubSpot CMS platforms
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue) for deeper collaboration with development teams
• Experience with server-side or first-party tracking implementations
• Certifications in CRO, GA4, or relevant platforms
• Experience with SEO fundamentals, e-commerce platforms, or personalization tools
• Background in consumer lending or financial services industries
