Digital Project Manager Webflow
Job Description
About the Company
Qontour is a design and development studio that builds strategic, high-performing websites for B2B technology companies. As a Premium Webflow Enterprise Partner, they specialize in low-code development and partner with growth-stage clients to create brand-forward web experiences that convert—blending clean design, sharp positioning, and smart systems.
About the Role
Qontour is seeking an experienced Digital Project Manager to run delivery on three concurrent client website projects over the next 2-3 months. This is hands-on, high-impact contract work requiring immediate impact with no ramp-up period. You'll own Webflow projects end-to-end, keep work moving, and ensure nothing stalls waiting on decisions or assets. This is a fully remote position based in the United States or Canada, ideal for someone with proven experience successfully shipping Webflow builds at a digital agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple active Webflow builds including timelines, deliverables, and team coordination
- Track project progress in ClickUp (agency-side) and Asana (client-side), monitoring status, priorities, and updates
- Coordinate with clients to obtain content, assets, and approvals before they become blockers
- Support the internal team with day-to-day needs and remove blockers as they arise
- Flag slippage early and propose solutions, not just identify problems
- Partner with client managers to communicate with clients, primarily through async channels
- Coordinate handoffs between design, development, and QA teams
Requirements
- 2+ years building or managing Webflow site development with recent, proven experience shipping successful projects—you understand frameworks, CMS collections, and can communicate with developers on their terms
- 3+ years managing website projects, including 2+ years at a digital agency working directly with clients, ideally in B2B technology
- Strong technical understanding of website structure, webpage builds, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and performance considerations
- Working proficiency in ClickUp and Asana, including views, task structure, dependencies, Gantt views, and status reporting
- Clear, confident written communication and strong documentation habits
- Proactive mindset—you anticipate needs and get things moving rather than waiting
- Comfort working in a fully remote, async-first, globally distributed team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience managing Webflow Enterprise accounts and using the full suite of Webflow features (Localization, Analyze, Optimize)
- Familiarity with QA, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
- Working knowledge of SEO/AEO/GEO fundamentals
Benefits & Perks
- Part-time contract: up to 32 hours per week
- Duration: 2-3 months
- Compensation: $50-70 USD/hour, depending on experience
- Fully remote with flexible hours within an async-first team culture
