Maneva tackles real operational challenges including product and equipment inspection, production efficiency, worker safety, and overall plant performance, deploying solutions using existing hardware without requiring infrastructure overhauls.
About the Role
Maneva is seeking a Director of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function at a critical scaling stage. This senior leadership role reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to own team, strategy, and execution while working alongside a Fractional CMO focused on demand generation. The ideal candidate combines strong people leadership with a bias for execution and has marketed complex technical products to industrial or manufacturing buyers, understanding the buying cycles, personas, and credibility required in this space.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve Maneva's marketing tech stack including Webflow, Salesforce CRM, Mailchimp, Buffer, Figma/Canva, and AI-powered creative tools like Claude, Adobe, 11 Labs, Google Flow, and Envato
- Build marketing infrastructure that connects activity to sales pipeline, ensuring clean data flow and clear visibility into campaign performance
- Establish scalable processes for campaign execution, content production, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales
- Build and strengthen brand presence, managing narrative, positioning, and voice consistency across all touchpoints
- Own product launch campaigns, announcement strategies, and key go-to-market initiatives
- Develop a steady pipeline of compelling content including thought leadership, case studies, one-pagers, and social posts
- Partner closely with Sales to develop materials and ensure tight alignment on messaging, ICP, and funnel progression
- Manage marketing events and industry conference strategy and coordination
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally at a SaaS, AI, or deep tech company serving industrial or manufacturing buyers
- Proven experience marketing to manufacturing, industrial, or related enterprise buyers with deep understanding of sector personas and credibility-building strategies
- Strong systems thinking with hands-on experience owning and optimizing marketing tech stacks
- Ability to build brand infrastructure while rolling up your sleeves on content, campaigns, and execution
- Strong content and storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for manufacturing leaders
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and ambiguity at an early-stage company; someone who builds structure rather than waiting for it
- Proficient with modern marketing tools and genuinely excited by AI-powered workflows
- Experience working at a startup company
