About the Role

As a Freelance Webflow Developer, you'll be a key technical partner for Spinsci Technologies, working part-time on a remote basis to build, optimize, and maintain their Webflow site. This role is ideal for an experienced Webflow developer who thrives in fast-paced environments, managing everything from campaign landing pages to complex CMS structures. You'll have the opportunity to shape their digital infrastructure while maintaining clean design systems and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pages on spinsci.ai in Webflow, delivering high-quality production sites from scratch
• Launch campaign, webinar, and event landing pages on fast turnarounds to support marketing initiatives
• Structure and manage CMS Collections for blog, resources, case studies, and events, enabling the marketing team to publish independently
• Connect Webflow forms to Zoho CRM and marketing automation platform using native integrations and webhooks
• Implement and QA conversion tracking across GA4, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Insight Tag
• Handle technical SEO including meta fields on CMS templates, schema markup, 301 redirects, sitemap control, and page speed optimization
• Maintain a clean, consistent, and well-documented class system and design system

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building production sites in Webflow from scratch, not from purchased templates
• Real-world CMS Collections experience, including collection templates and dynamic filtering
• Proficiency with custom code embeds and JavaScript for advanced Webflow functionality
• Proven experience connecting forms to a CRM or marketing automation platform through webhooks
• Strong understanding of technical SEO fundamentals and page performance optimization
• Availability with sufficient overlap with US Central time for weekly calls and same-day response on urgent fixes
