About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Funnel Designer & AI-Enabled Web Builder to join our team in Aventura, FL. This role is perfect for a strategic designer who understands conversion psychology, direct-response marketing, and modern AI tools like Claude and Codex. You'll design and build high-performing landing pages, sales funnels, and checkout flows across platforms like GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and Webflow—using AI to accelerate your workflow while maintaining a polished, professional result that actually converts.

Responsibilities

• Design and build landing pages, sales pages, opt-in pages, webinar funnels, checkout flows, upsell pages, and other conversion-focused funnel assets
• Transform offers, wireframes, concepts, and marketing direction into finished, polished funnels that drive results
• Build inside funnel and page-building platforms including GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, and similar tools
• Leverage Claude, Codex, ChatGPT, and other AI tools to accelerate page creation, design exploration, and rapid iteration
• Create custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript to extend platform capabilities beyond standard templates and components
• Apply direct-response marketing principles to page structure, visual hierarchy, layouts, and user experience
• Work with headlines, copy, proof elements, offers, CTAs, FAQs, pricing, bonuses, and other conversion components to create cohesive pages
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining high visual and technical standards across desktop and mobile
• Improve and optimize existing funnels rather than simply rebuilding them
• Collaborate closely with marketing, copywriting, media, and strategy teams to turn ideas into production-ready funnel experiences

Requirements

• Funnel Knowledge: Deep understanding of how individual pages work together as a system, with expertise in funnel architecture and conversion mechanics
• Direct-Response Design: Proven experience with performance-oriented, direct-response web design that prioritizes bold, clear, high-energy layouts built for conversion rather than corporate aesthetics
• Strong Design Eye: Exceptional instinct for design with the ability to identify and improve visual elements without needing external direction on every detail
• AI-Assisted Building: Proficiency using Claude, Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT, AI-assisted development environments, and AI creative tools as core parts of your workflow to create production-quality pages
• Platform & Technical Experience: Strong hands-on experience with one or more page or funnel builders such as GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Webflow, Framer, or Shopify; technically capable of building custom code solutions to extend platform limitations

Nice to Have

• Full-stack development experience or deep technical background
• Portfolio demonstrating high-converting funnels and direct-response campaigns
• Experience with multiple funnel platforms and page builders
