Graduate Business Operations Associate
Job Description
About the Company
Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service (FaaS) platform that connects online sellers across Amazon, eBay, and Shopify to a global network of warehouse and carrier partners. The platform orchestrates order routing, parcel tracking, and supply chain visibility, and is an AI-native team that is almost doubling its business in 2026.
About the Role
Join Bezos.ai as a Graduate Business Operations Associate in London and become the dependable engine of the operations team. You'll manage order flow, resolve stuck or missing orders, support sellers and partners, and build AI skills and automations using Claude to eliminate repetitive work. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate with a quantitative background who is excited by ambiguity, pace, and real ownership from day one.
Responsibilities
- Run daily cross-system reconciliation checks to spot orders that are missing, stuck, or mismatched, and resolve or escalate them
- Answer seller and operational queries within SLA, manage operational tickets, and run checkers independently
- Create and send invoices accurately and on time to support partners and sellers
- Build Claude skills and automations that remove repetitive work from the team's workload
- Drive incremental improvements to tools and processes you interact with daily
- Learn the entire order journey end-to-end and take ownership of open-ended tasks with minimal hand-holding
Requirements
- Degree (or clearly demonstrated equivalent) in a quantitative discipline such as engineering, maths, physics, computer science, or heavily numerate economics, finance, or quant-social-science
- AI-native builder: you use Claude/AI in your daily work and can build a simple, working Claude skill (demonstrated in the recruitment exercise)
- Reliable and coachable: deliver work on time with high quality, ask questions when stuck, and take feedback well
- Fast learner: quickly absorb new tools, processes, and domain knowledge, and become productive without a long ramp-up period
- Energised by startups: excited by ambiguity, pace, ownership, and a wide remit rather than a narrow one
- Clear communicator: write clearly, present findings simply, and flag problems early
- Comfortable working with raw data and spreadsheets
Nice to Have
- Internships or part-time work in consulting, banking, operations, analytics, e-commerce, or a startup
- Light coding experience with Python or SQL, or no-code tooling such as Make, Zapier, Retool, or Airtable
- Previously built a Claude skill, agent, or automation of your own
Benefits & Perks
- Work in a genuinely AI-native team with daily access to Claude, Retool, and Make, plus real budget and freedom to automate your own role
- Shape your role in a fast-growing company at the forefront of e-commerce innovation
- Entrepreneurial, fast-paced, outcome-focused workplace that is also highly collaborative, team-oriented, and fun
- Significant opportunity for growth, personal development, and real impact
- Fully remote team with in-person meetups a couple of times per month
- 25 holidays plus 8 bank holidays
- Mental health support through Spill and free Headspace subscription
