About the Role

GlossGenius is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own their website strategy end-to-end—one of the highest-leverage surfaces for product, design, marketing, and engineering. In this CRO-focused role based in New York, NY, you'll drive conversion optimization and AI-powered experimentation while building systems that transform how the team produces web experiences. The starting scope is the website, but as you demonstrate impact, you'll expand into other high-priority growth initiatives where your technical fluency and marketing instincts unlock the most value. You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing and work in an in-person environment (3–4 days per week, with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Responsibilities

  • Architect and own the GlossGenius website strategy, including a quarterly roadmap spanning paid and non-paid landing pages, CRO experiments, SEO and GEO improvements, analytics, and technical performance
  • Design and deploy AI-powered systems across the website motion, including personalization engines, content generation workflows, and testing automation
  • Execute rigorous A/B tests and iterative experiments to optimize critical conversion metrics across the funnel, translating results into strategy adjustments
  • Shape how GlossGenius tells its story through the website, crafting narratives that resonate with service business owners and move them from first visit to activated customer
  • Direct cross-functional execution across designers, developers, analytics, and partners in Product, Paid, Content, and Lifecycle Marketing to keep initiatives moving

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience driving growth at high-growth technology companies with a track record of identifying and executing high-impact initiatives
  • Proven experience rewiring a growth or marketing motion with AI, building systems that changed how the function operates, and hands-on implementation of AI-powered workflows for personalization, content generation, or experimentation
  • Deep fluency in growth fundamentals including conversion optimization, funnel analysis, experimentation design, and analytics, with the ability to build models and turn insights into action
  • Strong product marketing instincts with demonstrated ability to craft narratives that convert and translate into compelling copy and positioning
  • Proficient with website analytics and experimentation platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, and comfortable working directly in a modern CMS like Webflow
  • Enough HTML/CSS or front-end exposure to unblock yourself without always needing a developer
  • Comfortable operating without a defined playbook, with a track record of shipping fast, learning from results, and course-correcting as needed
