About the Role

Nava is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join its lean, high-performing marketing team in the United States. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle marketing, content distribution, and web performance, where you'll own the channels that convert interest into pipeline—from email newsletters and automated nurture programs to website experiences. You'll bring a hands-on, builder mindset to close the loop between attraction and conversion, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks and every workflow drives results. This is ideal for someone who gets frustrated when a workflow doesn't exist yet and has the initiative to build it, with strong Webflow comfort and a data-driven approach to marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the website as a conversion asset using Webflow, running landing page tests and improving conversion paths for paid, organic, and event traffic with AI-powered tools
  • Partner with the content lead to ensure SEO-driven pages are optimized for both rankings and conversions
  • Monitor site performance and manage relationships with web contractors and vendors
  • Build and own the full lifecycle communication system—workflows, nurture programs, and triggered sequences—that move prospects forward and keep customers engaged
  • Drive newsletter engagement and pipeline influence by leveraging AI to personalize content, test performance, and improve results
  • Build and execute a structured customer referral program that turns happy customers into active referral sources, distinct from partner and broker channels
  • Work closely with sales to optimize customer advocacy efforts including reviews and testimonials, using AI to identify the right customers at the right moment
  • Track and report on customer growth channel performance including referral volume, advocacy asset pipeline, and downstream revenue impact

Requirements

  • Comfort with Webflow and the ability to own website conversion optimization without needing developer skills
  • Fluency in HubSpot with the ability to build workflows from scratch
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable working with data while telling the story behind the numbers
  • Proficiency with AI tools to move faster, produce better work, and make data-driven decisions
  • Proven ability to thrive with autonomy, ask good questions, and solve problems independently
  • Track record of measuring success in pipeline and revenue rather than vanity metrics like sends and opens

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare, digital health, tech-enabled services, insurance, or a regulated industry
  • Experience with Salesforce and other CRM platforms
