About the Role
Cresta is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Web & CRO to own and evolve Cresta.com as a high-performing growth engine. In this highly visible role, you'll drive organic traffic, improve conversion rates, and transform the website into a measurable source of pipeline and revenue. This position requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution with Webflow, and cross-functional collaboration across marketing, design, operations, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class web experience while building scalable processes for experimentation and analytics. Based in the United States, this role offers direct impact on how Cresta shows up to prospects, customers, and the market.
Responsibilities
- Own website strategy and roadmap, ensuring Cresta.com evolves alongside business and marketing organization growth
- Spearhead the website CRO strategy by designing and running a continuous testing and experimentation program to improve conversion rates across key pages and user journeys
- Manage web intake and prioritization across 5+ weekly requests from stakeholders while maintaining a clear backlog and delivery plan
- Project manage internal stakeholders and external partners, working with web agencies to scope, prioritize, QA, and ship high-quality work
- Oversee Webflow CMS operations, including page builds, updates, QA, publishing workflows, and governance standards
- Elevate website quality through improvements to messaging clarity, information architecture, template consistency, and overall user experience
- Lead website localization efforts and multi-language site expansion in partnership with the International Marketing Manager
- Build website performance reporting and insights, partnering with Marketing Ops to ensure clean measurement across GA4, Looker dashboards, and downstream systems
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web marketing, website management, or growth roles in B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience owning a marketing website end-to-end, including roadmap development, prioritization, and cross-functional execution
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise web CMS platforms like Webflow, including page builds, updates, QA, and publishing workflows
- Experience working closely with and managing external web or design agencies
- Proficiency with GA4 and Looker or similar BI tools, with hands-on experience with web experimentation and A/B testing to drive conversion improvements
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of incoming requests while maintaining clarity and prioritization
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail
