About the Role

DUOS is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Marketing Coordinator to support health plan sales and partnership marketing efforts. Reporting to the AVP of Marketing, you'll coordinate lead generation campaigns, produce sales enablement materials, manage CRM and marketing automation workflows, and support conference and event strategy. This role is squarely focused on pipeline growth and revenue impact, working in close alignment with Sales to engage payer executives, leaders, and procurement decision-makers at health plans across the United States. Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across website, email, webinars, social media, and events to drive pipeline growth
  • Build and schedule outbound email campaigns using HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar marketing automation tools, tracking Marketing Qualified Leads and conversion rates
  • Produce and coordinate B2B sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and event collateral in collaboration with Sales and Client Success teams
  • Support B2B website content updates using Webflow CMS to reflect current positioning, campaigns, and product offerings
  • Manage DUOS's LinkedIn presence as the primary B2B social channel, creating and scheduling content to reach payer and health plan decision-makers
  • Own conference administrative strategy for key industry events (RISE, HLTH, AHIP, SSN), including registration, attendee management, demo scheduling, and sponsorship deliverables
  • Maintain CRM accuracy in Pipedrive or HubSpot, manage MQL/SQL lead routing, and build targeted health plan prospect lists for outbound campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign performance, event ROI, LinkedIn engagement metrics, and pipeline influence to inform marketing strategy

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or healthcare technology
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns, events, and initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce polished marketing materials and manage executive stakeholder communication
  • Experience with B2B content production, social media management (especially LinkedIn), and digital marketing campaign execution
  • Familiarity with healthcare industry terminology, health plan operations, and payer decision-making processes
  • Proficiency with marketing technology including website CMS platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics dashboards

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Webflow or other modern website CMS platforms
  • Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and execution
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry events and conferences (RISE, HLTH, AHIP, SSN)
  • Paid digital advertising experience, including LinkedIn or programmatic advertising campaigns
