About the Role
This is a high-impact Marketing Manager opportunity in Maine (fully remote) for an experienced B2B marketing professional ready to own end-to-end execution. You'll blend content strategy, go-to-market planning, and presales support while working hands-on with Webflow, HubSpot, and AI marketing tools to drive measurable revenue results. This role is ideal for someone with 8+ years of B2B and professional services marketing experience who wants to stay tactical while shaping how the company shows up in the market.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute content marketing across digital channels, proposals, and presentations
- Support pre-sales and business development through proposals, presentations, and client deliverables
- Develop thought leadership content including blogs, articles, and project profiles
- Manage website content and updates using Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Execute CRM-driven campaigns and reporting using HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools
- Partner with sales and technical teams to align messaging with go-to-market strategy
- Build high-quality templates in PowerPoint, Word, and related platforms
- Leverage AI marketing tools to improve efficiency, consistency, and content quality
- Develop and refine marketing messaging, presentations, and content across multiple channels
Requirements
- 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing within professional services
- Hands-on experience executing marketing programs and campaigns
- Strong writing, editing, and messaging development skills with ability to build impactful presentations
- Content strategy, copywriting, and brand management expertise
- Experience supporting presales, proposals, and pipeline generation
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation development skills
- Strong collaboration skills across sales, marketing, and technical teams
- Strong learning mindset, especially with AI and evolving marketing tools
Nice to Have
