About the Role

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Web Developer in Columbus, Ohio to build, optimize, and maintain a secure, high-performing website. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Webflow developer to collaborate with cross-functional teams, enhance user experience, and contribute to strategic digital initiatives. You'll be a key player in delivering web solutions that drive results for the organization and its clients.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize secure websites using Webflow and modern web technologies
• Provide ongoing maintenance support and implement updates to ensure optimal site performance
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to enhance user experience and site functionality
• Write clean, semantic HTML and CSS code to ensure accessibility and SEO best practices
• Develop interactive features and animations using JavaScript and Webflow interactions
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to improve website reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field
• 5+ years of professional web development experience
• Advanced proficiency in Webflow platform
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining secure websites
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
