Part-Time Experienced Search Analyst (SEO + GEO, Content & CRO Focus)

About the Role

This is a long-term, part-time (10–15 hours/week) remote position for an experienced Search Analyst to lead client SEO strategy and execution at Linkflow. You'll own the strategic side of SEO—strategy development, audits, reporting, and client communication—while our LinkOps team handles link building. This role is ideal for freelancers or consultants seeking steady baseline work with schedule flexibility, not beginners or those seeking rapid learning curves on client time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective SEO and GEO strategies, setting goals around keywords, pages, rankings, and conversions
• Lead SEO consulting projects end-to-end: create strategic plans, guide client execution, answer questions, and maintain momentum
• Conduct comprehensive audits covering technical SEO, content, internal linking, and related areas
• Deliver in-depth quarterly reporting that clearly explains what moved, what didn't, why, and next steps
• Communicate priorities with the LinkOps team (anchor text direction, link targets, etc.) via Slack and Google Sheets
• Lead client and prospect conversations with credibility, clarity, and quick thinking
• Respond to client strategy questions within approximately 24 hours and maintain active Slack presence (within 4 hours or next business day)

Requirements

• 5+ years of national SEO experience in agency or in-house settings (B2B SaaS/Tech background strongly preferred)
• Strong SEO fundamentals across on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content strategy, and internal linking with proven results
• Solid understanding of how link building works and strategic linking approaches
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools like Ahrefs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to explain complex SEO topics clearly and with authority that builds client trust
• Reliable execution and consistent availability during US-based business hours for recurring meetings

Nice to Have

• CRO (conversion rate optimization) and UX knowledge with experience using CRO tools
• Proactive thinking about process improvements and upsell/cross-sell opportunities for clients
