About the Role

JUICE Creative Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital retainer engagements for clients in the fintech and ecommerce space. You'll be the operational backbone of our client delivery team, managing monthly planning cycles, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional execution across web, content, SEO, and growth marketing workstreams. In this full-time, mid-senior level position based in Norwalk, CT, you'll keep projects on track, facilitate communication between internal teams and client stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment and understands the nuances of digital ecommerce platforms, Webflow, and fintech brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly planning cycles and backlog prioritization for retainer-based digital engagements
• Manage staging and deployment schedules across ecommerce platforms and digital channels
• Facilitate client-facing planning sessions and weekly status meetings to keep stakeholders aligned and decisions unblocked
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across web, content, SEO, and growth marketing workstreams
• Ensure project deliverables meet scope, timeline, and quality standards while managing multiple concurrent client accounts
• Translate technical updates for non-technical clients and communicate complex project information clearly
• Manage client communication and serve as the operational backbone of client delivery teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience in a digital agency or in-house marketing/ecommerce environment
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, or Webflow, including understanding of site maintenance workflows, staging environments, and deployment protocols
• Familiarity with fintech or financial services clients and comfort working with brands where compliance, privacy, and security considerations affect project scope
• Strong grasp of digital marketing workstreams including SEO/GEO, content development, social asset production, and conversion optimization
• Experience managing retainer-based engagements with perpetual backlogs, monthly planning cadences, and evolving priorities
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, ActiveCollab, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client accounts without dropping balls
