We're looking for a talented Webflow UX/UI Designer to join our team in this hybrid role. You'll bridge the gap between visual creativity and technical implementation, creating interactive web experiences while maintaining brand standards and optimizing performance. Responsibilities

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across digital products
• Build interactive web experiences and micro-interactions using advanced Webflow techniques
• Design and implement responsive web interfaces that meet brand standards and performance requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver user-centered solutions
• Optimize web performance while preserving visual quality and user experience
• Document design patterns and establish best practices for team implementation

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Webflow with a robust portfolio demonstrating complex interactions and implementations
• Strong experience with design systems and tools like Figma
• Proven ability to design and build responsive, performance-optimized websites
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfort working in a hybrid arrangement with in-office and remote flexibility

Nice to Have

• Experience with property technology or real estate industry products
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices
