About the Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketing Manager who's ready to lead marketing end-to-end at a fast-growing CRO platform. You'll set strategy and own execution across product marketing, demand gen, content, and brand—reporting directly to the VP of Revenue with a clear runway to Director. This role is perfect for a marketer from a world-class product marketing background who thinks in your customers' voice (they're some of the best B2C marketers in the world), runs the full funnel with rigor, and is obsessed with earning the attention of people who are genuinely hard to impress. You'll work remotely across the United States in a high-autonomy environment where your work directly moves revenue.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing and positioning—sharpen the category narrative, messaging, and competitive positioning for our complete CRO platform built for Shopify Plus merchants
- Run go-to-market for product launches end-to-end: narrative development, sales enablement, talk tracks, and launch-day assets
- Mine customer calls, wins, and losses to keep messaging true to how the market actually buys
- Own a repeatable engine for case studies, proof points, and customer stories that solution-aware ICP buyers trust
- Partner with Customer Success to source and ship a steady pipeline of fresh proof and turn it into sales-ready and market-ready assets
- Run the full funnel across paid, owned, earned, and demand gen—directing agencies and in-house teams while getting hands-on with HubSpot workflows
- Set targets, read the data, and change course when evidence tells you to—because we sell experimentation, and we expect our own marketing to run on evidence
Requirements
- Proven experience running small teams and owning real marketing outcomes end-to-end
- Deep product marketing expertise from a company known for world-class PMM—you understand positioning, messaging, and competitive narrative at a craft level
- Genuine obsession with brands and B2C marketing; fluency in how the best growth marketers think and operate
- Full-funnel marketing capability across paid, owned, earned, and demand gen channels
- Comfort directing external agencies and in-house teams, plus hands-on technical ability with marketing platforms like HubSpot
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to set targets, analyze performance, and pivot based on evidence
Nice to Have
- Experience in the Shopify ecosystem or B2B SaaS selling to ecommerce merchants
- Background working with or understanding CRO, A/B testing, or conversion rate optimization
- Direct experience launching products or running GTM programs at growth-stage companies
