About the Role

As Senior Marketing Manager, Web Growth, you'll own the optimization and evolution of webflow.com as a strategic asset for driving pipeline and revenue. This is an exciting opportunity to lead web-side execution of AI-enabled optimization (AEO) and A/B testing initiatives while collaborating across the Revenue Marketing organization. You'll build and optimize pages end-to-end using Webflow itself, reporting to the VP of Marketing in a remote-first US environment. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who combines CRO expertise with demand generation thinking.

Responsibilities

• Own web optimization strategy, including A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous improvement of webflow.com
• Execute AI-driven optimization (AEO) initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion performance
• Build and deploy landing pages and web experiences end-to-end within the Webflow platform
• Drive pipeline-oriented web strategy aligned with Demand Gen objectives
• Collaborate across the Revenue Marketing organization to ensure cohesive execution and measurement
• Operate webflow.com as a living, evolving asset that reflects company capabilities and market positioning

Requirements

• Proven experience in web growth, conversion rate optimization (CRO), or performance marketing
• Strong expertise in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven decision making
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing web pages, preferably with Webflow or similar no-code platforms
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional marketing and revenue teams
• Strategic mindset with ability to connect web optimization efforts to pipeline and revenue goals
