Job Description
About the Company
Current is a remote-first, full-service digital agency partnering with ambitious brands to create thoughtful, scalable digital experiences. With teams distributed across the U.S., Current specializes in websites, platforms, campaigns, CRM ecosystems, and digital product experiences where strategy, design, production, and technology work seamlessly as one integrated team.
About the Role
Current is seeking a Senior Product Designer (Webflow) to lead the design and delivery of engaging digital experiences across multiple client engagements. In this role, you'll be a strategic, hands-on creator who owns projects from concept through launch—conducting UX discovery, designing polished experiences in Figma, and building production-ready websites directly in Webflow. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including strategy, production, engineering, and client services to create user-centered, beautifully designed websites that drive real impact. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, beginning as an hourly position with the potential to transition into a full-time employee role based on business needs and performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX and visual design across websites and digital experiences for multiple client engagements
- Partner with strategy, production, engineering, and client stakeholders to define user experience and creative direction
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Design and build responsive, production-ready websites directly in Webflow, including scalable design systems, reusable components, and CMS structures
- Translate business goals into intuitive, accessible, and conversion-focused digital experiences
- Optimize websites for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO
- Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on best practices and user insights
- Collaborate with engineers on advanced functionality, integrations, and custom development when needed
Requirements
- 5-7 years of UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design experience, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
- 2+ years building production-ready websites in Webflow
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and Webflow
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership from UX strategy through final Webflow implementation
- Experience building scalable Webflow websites using CMS Collections, Components, and design systems
- Experience with Client-First methodology, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes
- Strong understanding of UX, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), information architecture, and SEO
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS with the ability to partner effectively with engineers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Lottie, GSAP, or interactive animations
- Experience integrating Webflow with HubSpot, Memberstack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
- Experience using analytics or A/B testing to inform design decisions
- Familiarity with Jira, Workfront, or similar project management tools
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments

- Flexible Work Environment: Remote-first agency with collaborative teams across the U.S.
- Compensation: Target hourly rate of $45.00–$65.00 per hour for the temporary portion; if converted to full-time, target annual base compensation of $100,000–$125,000 (actual compensation influenced by skill set, experience level, and location)
