About the Role

Americaneagle.com is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join its growing Digital Marketing team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you'll drive organic search optimization for clients ranging from small and mid-size companies to Fortune 100 global corporations. This position is perfect for a highly skilled SEO professional with deep expertise in technical SEO and a proven ability to deliver measurable organic results. You'll take ownership of the organic growth channel, translating client goals into executable strategies while working with a collaborative, fast-paced team that values both excellence and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive SEO audits accounting for technical, on-site, and off-site factors
• Troubleshoot complex SEO obstacles and develop practical solutions for client websites
• Plan and execute SEO processes and strategies for Americaneagle.com clients
• Track, analyze, and report on performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-leading SEO tools
• Understand clients' digital marketing goals and translate them into actionable SEO strategies with ongoing maintenance and enhancements
• Own the organic growth channel by driving rankings, converting traffic into qualified leads, and ultimately increasing revenue
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and execute work to improve client site rankings in major search engines
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure website architecture aligns with SEO goals and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional SEO experience
• Google Analytics Certification and hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager
• Proficiency with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
• Demonstrated expertise with leading SEO tools including Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Botify, and/or DeepCrawl
• In-depth understanding of search engines, current SEO techniques, ranking factors, and principles for sound SEO design and user experience
• Knowledge of web development technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts clearly to clients both verbally and in writing
• Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-based environment
