About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Web Designer to take ownership of EVONA's corporate website and digital presence. Based in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area on-site, you'll design and build exceptional digital experiences using Webflow while collaborating across marketing, design, and content teams. This role is perfect for an experienced web professional who combines advanced Webflow expertise with strong design skills and a passion for creating responsive, high-performance websites.

Responsibilities

• Design and build responsive websites and landing pages in Webflow
• Translate Figma designs into production-ready pages
• Develop custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Improve SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and website performance
• Build scalable CMS structures and reusable components
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams on campaign launches
• Mentor junior team members and drive web best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of web design and development experience
• Advanced Webflow experience (Designer, CMS, and Components)
• Strong Figma skills
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Expertise in responsive web design
• Experience with SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization
• Experience managing corporate or marketing websites
• Must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or otherwise qualify as a U.S. Person due to U.S. export regulations
