About the Role

This Senior Web Developer & CRO position at Icovy is perfect for a versatile developer who masters both Webflow and WordPress while thriving on technical range and complexity. You'll be the technical lead on high-end marketing sites and web properties for MedTech and healthcare clients, owning architecture, build quality, performance, and on-time delivery from concept through launch and optimization. This is a foundational seat with clear growth into leading the web and CRO practice as the agency scales.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship high-end marketing sites in Webflow, including CMS architecture, interactions, and pixel-perfect responsive builds that match design specifications
• Architect and maintain multi-platform builds when projects demand it: WordPress, Astro, e-commerce, IP-gated experiences, multi-site routing, and headless architectures
• Build scalable CMS architecture and content workflows that empower marketing teams to ship updates independently
• Own the marketing technology layer: Google Tag Manager, GA4, pixel and retargeting implementation, cookie consent, privacy compliance, and HIPAA-conscious builds as standard practice
• Lead conversion rate optimization initiatives: A/B testing, landing page optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting that ties web work directly to leads and pipeline
• CRM integration and workflow management (HubSpot and similar platforms)
• Own performance, technical SEO, accessibility, and QA to ensure every launch is fast, stable, and conversion-ready
• Collaborate directly with strategy, design, and account teams to integrate development work with broader client goals

Requirements

• A strong portfolio of live production work demonstrating Webflow and WordPress expertise (portfolio review is required)
• 5+ years building production websites with deep, demonstrable experience across Webflow and WordPress
• Enterprise-level capability you can point to: multi-site architecture, IP gating or gated content, headless builds, scalable CMS design, or complex third-party integrations
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals with the instinct to build custom solutions when platforms reach their limits
• Technical range and the ability to choose tools based on project needs rather than habit; comfort learning new stacks quickly
• Self-direction and attention to detail: ability to take a brief, ask clarifying questions, and deliver polished work with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Motion and interaction work (GSAP, Lottie, Webflow Interactions)
• Hands-on GTM and GA4 configuration experience, and A/B testing or landing page optimization expertise
• Fluency with AI tools and APIs, and perspective on their role in modern web development
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, MedTech, FDA-regulated, finance)
• Familiarity with consent management platforms (OneTrust, Cookiebot) and marketing automation tools (Klaviyo, HubSpot)
