About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Webflow & CRO Specialist to join our Sacramento team and drive meaningful improvements to our digital presence. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in Webflow and conversion rate optimization to enhance the website experience, develop data-driven strategies, and continuously improve our customers' shopping journey. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned Webflow developer with a passion for A/B testing and performance optimization to make a tangible impact on a growing retail brand.

Responsibilities

• Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies and implement A/B testing initiatives across the Webflow website
• Enhance and optimize the website experience to drive increased conversions and customer satisfaction
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and performance gains
• Design and develop new features and functionality using Webflow to support business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical implementations with marketing and business goals
• Monitor analytics and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimization efforts

Requirements

• 3–6 years of professional Webflow development experience
• Strong background and proven expertise in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
• Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to inform design and development decisions
• Experience optimizing e-commerce or retail websites for user experience and conversions
• Proficiency in analytics tools and performance measurement

Benefits & Perks

• Competitive salary range: $115,000 – $135,000 per year
