About the Role

Better U is seeking an exceptional Senior Webflow Developer to own the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and evolution of their marketing websites. This is a long-term partnership opportunity—not a one-off build—for someone who brings technical excellence, SEO rigor, and world-class UI sensibility to a fast-scaling healthcare platform. If you take pride in clean architecture, performance, and elegant user experiences, and you've built Webflow sites that feel premium, fast, and intentional, this remote role is for you. You'll operate independently while thinking strategically about scalability and executing with precision.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance Webflow websites with pixel-perfect responsiveness across all devices and browsers
• Architect and manage complex Webflow CMS collections, implementing custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements where needed
• Design and build with technical SEO best practices in mind, including site structure, clean markup, page speed, and Core Web Vitals optimization
• Design and integrate interactive 3D elements using Spline, embedding and optimizing Spline scenes within Webflow while maintaining performance discipline
• Bring strategic UX perspective to hierarchy, spacing, typography, motion, and clarity—creating premium, intuitive interfaces optimized for conversion and trust
• Proactively identify and resolve performance, UX, and technical issues while maintaining clean, scalable structure for rapid iteration
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate concepts into polished execution, QA all updates, and provide ongoing technical support as the platform evolves

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience building and maintaining production Webflow sites with strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS
• Demonstrated expertise in SEO-aware development practices and responsive design with deep understanding of performance optimization
• Experience integrating 3D or advanced interactive elements, with Spline experience strongly preferred
• Strong grasp of UX best practices, accessibility standards, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) fundamentals
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, meet deadlines consistently, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail
• Portfolio of Webflow sites you personally built or led (required for application review)

Nice to Have

• Experience designing scalable, modular Webflow systems
• Familiarity with CRO testing, analytics, and performance monitoring tools
• Background in healthcare, SaaS, or other regulated industries
• Experience with other CMS platforms such as WordPress
