About the Role

Better U is seeking an exceptional Senior Webflow Developer to own the ongoing maintenance, optimization, and evolution of their marketing websites. This is a long-term partnership opportunity for a developer who brings technical excellence, SEO rigor, and world-class UI sensibility to a mission-driven healthcare company. If you take pride in clean architecture, performance, and elegant user experiences—and you've built Webflow sites that feel premium, fast, and intentional—this remote role is perfect for you. You'll operate independently while thinking strategically about scalability and executing with precision.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize high-performance Webflow websites with pixel-perfect responsiveness across devices and browsers
• Architect and manage complex Webflow CMS collections, implementing custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript enhancements where needed
• Design and integrate interactive 3D elements using Spline, connecting Webflow interactions to 3D elements while maintaining performance discipline
• Implement technical SEO best practices including site structure, clean markup, page speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals—with SEO built in by design, not retrofitted post-launch
• Apply CRO fundamentals to guide user behavior, creating interfaces that feel premium, intuitive, and conversion-focused for healthcare-adjacent audiences
• Proactively identify and resolve performance, UX, and technical issues while maintaining clean, scalable architecture for rapid iteration
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate concepts into polished execution, providing QA and ongoing technical support as the platform evolves

Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience building and maintaining production Webflow sites with a strong portfolio demonstrating your personal work
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS with demonstrated SEO-aware development practices
• Experience integrating 3D or advanced interactive elements, with Spline experience preferred
• Deep understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, accessibility, and UX best practices
• Ability to work autonomously, communicate clearly, meet deadlines consistently, and maintain meticulous attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience designing scalable, modular Webflow systems
• Familiarity with CRO testing, analytics, and performance monitoring
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with other CMS platforms such as WordPress
