About the Role

As a Senior Webflow/WordPress Architect at Icovy Marketing, you'll take ownership of the complete architecture, builds, and optimization of marketing sites for leading healthcare organizations. This is an ideal role for an experienced web developer who thrives on technical leadership, enjoys working across multiple platforms (Webflow, WordPress, and beyond), and wants to make a direct impact on client success. You'll be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, collaborating closely with strategy, design, and accounts teams to deliver solutions that are fast, accessible, and conversion-focused.

Responsibilities

• Own the full-stack architecture and development of marketing sites using Webflow, WordPress, and other modern web technologies
• Lead CMS design and implementation strategies tailored to client needs and business objectives
• Drive conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives and performance improvements across client sites
• Manage integrations between CMS platforms and third-party tools, APIs, and marketing systems
• Collaborate with strategy, design, and account teams to translate client requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure all sites meet accessibility standards and deliver exceptional performance across devices
• Mentor and guide junior developers while maintaining code quality and best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web development experience with proven expertise in Webflow and/or WordPress
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex site architectures, CMS implementations, and optimization work
• Deep understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), and conversion rate optimization
• Experience integrating CMS platforms with APIs, marketing tools, and third-party systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience working with MedTech, healthcare, or highly regulated industries is a plus
